Some times chrome history wont open or keeps on running.
The reason for this is profile not loading in chrome. You will see a message like below you have not noticed.
To solve this login in to chrome or delete Web Data. To delete web data go to
C:\Users\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\

AppData will be hiden,
to open unhide it or type \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\ after user name is opened.
Delete the file Web Data. Restart Browser, your history will be available.
Note: History will be deleted
